Thanks...Thank yoiu to the following
members who have just completed a two year term on the board, we
appreciate you time and dedication: Howard Bailey, Char Hampton,
Pam Kirkland, Jim Richards, Rachel Hawes, Joanie Peters. 2005 Board...We had 11 individuals nominated to fill 5 positions on the board. It was a close race resulting in one tie, therefore we brought on six new board members. Welcome aboard to : Gail Scharfe, Maureen Davis, Karen Wilmarth, Gary Predmore, Robert Kerr, and Kelsey Wright. Board meetings are held the first Monday on each month beginning at 7:00 in the clubhouse; all members are welcome to attend. If you would like to have an item on the agenda please call Anne 963-4960. Barn Update...a report was given at the January board meeting bringing us up to date on the status of the barn that burned this fall. The insurance money has been received and will be adequate to replace the structure. We are currently receiving bids for construction of the shed and hope to have this completed asap, and get the runs set back up to board horses. A second building, which will house the boarders hay, will be constructed in the spring by Maverick members. Membership Applications...Please fill out the membership application and return by February 15 to avoid the late fee. please note that all incomplete applications, including the back side, will be returned. |
